Each message a user sends to the chatbot (prompt or query) is considered one “consumed message,” triggering token usage.

12.3. Purchase Date
The date on which the full payment for the chatbot service or token bundle is processed.

• 0–10 messages: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days.

• >10 messages: No refunds or credits of any kind will be issued once the eleventh message has been consumed.
